Your Lucky Charms

In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, and the significance of the lucky four-leaf clover, we asked you who the lucky charm in your life is?

Here’s what a few of you had to say:

“My sweet little neighbor, who is 3 years old, has Leukemia — she is in remission and honestly everyday I see her I feel so lucky to be a part of her life! Her smile could light up an entire room! She is so brave and I just love her so much!”

—Lisa Steiner Speaker

“My son, Jacob, who passed away in July.  He is truly my hero and lucky charm.  Through his 3 year battle with Hodgkins Lymphoma, he never complained and always kept a smile on his face.  Through it all he was worried about how everyone else was doing.  He will always be my hero and lucky because his smile and outlook on life has taught me to take it one day at a time.”
