Why Do You Support CURE Childhood Cancer?

“I support CURE Childhood Cancer because my son Ryan was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma in 2007 right after he turned 1. He went through chemo, and they removed most of the tumor. Right now it’s not safe to treat him with any chemo because there aren’t enough cancer cells left (if they did they could give him a secondary cancer.) He’s almost 4 now, going from scan to scan waiting to hear that he’s cancer free! No one should have to go through this!”
